The information you provide in this booking will be used in the following ways:
- To administrate your access to this online event
- To gain follow-up feedback from you about the sessions you have attended – this may be sent by email after you have accessed a webinar or in live sessions, may be collected at the time
- To give delegates access to the Convention platform which contains details about the different sessions and is the only way to gain access to the live stream and on demand webinars
- For analysis and research to help us improve our services and event management
The Convention platform requires your name and email address. There is a networking function which is available for delegates. Exhibitors cannot see delegate information unless you allow them to.
Live streamed events use Zoom. Panellists and hosts will be able to see the names of those participating in the event. If you ask a question using the Q&A facility, other delegates may see your name if the Q&A session is in public mode. Names are stored outside of the EEA and United Kingdom under the EU-US Privacy Shield and in compliance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
On demand webinars use YouTube. We have our own YouTube channel and all tracking will be switched off.
