Successful community fundraising requires more than delivering activities! It requires a clear assessment of what is working, where opportunities exist and how to create sustainable growth.

This practical course is designed for fundraisers who already have established community fundraising activities in place and want to take a more strategic approach to increasing income, engagement and long-term supporter value.

Through a series of practical exercises and discussions, you will review current performance, identify priorities for growth, strengthen supporter relationships and explore how to measure success. The course will also touch upon the ways in which AI tools can support planning, analysis and decision-making.
