Greg Fenton

Greg Fenton is an award-winning consultant and founder of Parker Bay Consultancy and Parker Bay Capital, with senior leadership experience as a CEO across charities and businesses. Parker Bay Consultancy was recognised as an award-winning consultancy in 2025 for its impact and delivery across the not-for-profit sector.

Greg was named CEO of the Year in 2023 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and CLD Standards Scotland. He holds a degree in Community Learning and Development from the University of Dundee and operates between London and Dundee, supporting clients across the UK and internationally.

Across his career, Greg has supported organisations to secure over £5 million in funding from UK Government sources and more than £10 million collectively from trusts, foundations, local authorities and private funders. One of the strategies he developed received formal recognition at the UK Parliament for its impact and delivery.
